Overall Status/ Physical Performance
- The overall progress of construction of the project is 100%.
- The transmission line was successfully energized on 18th November 2023.
- The extension bays at Gulu substation and Agago HPP switchyard were successfully energized on 18th November 2023.
- Commissioning of the project took place at new Agago 132/33kV substation on 21st February 2024.
- Completion of outstanding works at Agago substation is scheduled to be completed by 31st March 2024.
RoW acquisition progress
- RAP Implementation is 98.9% complete (468 out of 473 PAPs have been paid)
- The outstanding cases are being handled on a case-by-case basis.
