Specioza Mukazi – Head Corporate Services
Specioza holds a Master of Science Degree in Public Procurement Management for Sustainable Development (2010), International Training Centre for International Labour Organization (ITC-ILO)Turin-Italy, Graduate Diploma (2011), Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS-UK), and Bachelor of Business Administration Majoring in Accounting, Makerere University (2001).
She is a certified training Expert of Civil Service College. She handles Public Procurement and contract Management module, Sustainable procurement on global context and Project monitoring and evaluation.
She is currently the Head Corporate Services and was the Manager Procurement and Disposal between July, 2020 to April, 2023 at Uganda Electricity Transmission Company Limited(UETCL). Prior Joining UETCL, she held the following positions:
- Procurement Specialist for Energy for Rural Transformation phase II (ERT II) and Electricity Sector Development Projects (ESDP)-World Bank funded Projects.
- Head Procurement and Disposal Unit, Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development.
- Senior Procurement Officer, supporting Government of Uganda-World Bank Uganda Public Service Performance Enhancement Project (UPSPEP) under the Ministry of Public Service.
She is a results driven, hardworking and skilled public procurement professional with over 10 years of experience in Procurement Management. She has a track record of significantly managing donor and Government funded procurements, and liaising with various Government Departments to ensure that their procurement needs are addressed in accordance with the National and Donor Procurement Procedures.
