The Finance & Accounts department has four sections:
- Budget and finance
- Revenue & Statistics
- Stores & Disbursements
- Project Accounts
Develop processes and systems that will be able to collect, utilize and safeguard the company business resources in accordance with the business objectives set by the Board.
- Ensure adequate funding and clear funding plan objectives in collaboration with the board.
- Ensure business efficiency by maintaining proper financial controls and procedures.
- Maintaining financial projections.
- Financial reporting in accordance with Corporate Business Plan (CBP).
