Mr. Kisira has over 10 years of experience in power system engineering. His journey started as a Graduate Engineer at Gailey & Roberts from 2002 to 2003. He continued his journey as a Graduate Trainee Engineer at UETCL from 2003 to 2004, Standards and Specifications Engineer at UETCL from 2004 to 2007, Substation Maintenance Engineer from 2007 to 2011 at UETCL, Senior Planning Engineer at Rural Electrification Agency from 2011 to 2014, Principal Safety and Service Engineer at UETCL from 2014 to 10th August 2022 and as Ag. Manager Projects Implementation from 11th August 2022 to date.
