Mr. Kwame Ejalu Ejuku is a Ugandan Entrepreneur and Businessman in the non-banking financial sector. He holds
a BSc Hons in Economics and Business Finance from Brunel University, Middlesex United Kingdom. He was the founding shareholder and previous Chairman & Managing Director of Marsh Uganda Limited, founding shareholder and Managing Director of Alexander Forbes Uganda, the Chief Operating Officer- Africa (Alexander Forbes Africa Investments (pty) and the Executive Director of Liberty Insurance Brokers Limited.
He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Afrisafe Risk Consultants Limited, and Zamara Actuaries, Administrators & Consultants Uganda Limited.
He has twenty-eight (28) years of experience and extensive knowledge in insurance and pensions sectors in Uganda and the East African region.
Mr. Ejalu is also the Honorary Consul of Ghana in Uganda
Ms. Achiro Sharon Loka is a Social Scientist with a Bachelor of Arts (Social Sciences) Degree from Makerere University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management from Uganda Management Institute A certificate in Law from the Law Development Centre. She has previously worked with the Aids Information
Centre, Arua District Local Government and is currently the Regional Programme Coordinator for the Uganda Women Entrepreneurship Programme (UWEP) in the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development. Ms. Sharon Achiro has over ten (10) years’ experience in both Public and Private organizations in the field of Project Planning and Management, Gender Equality, Women Economic Empowerment, Community Development and Social Work.
Engineer Innocent Oboko Yotkum is a registered Civil Engineer with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot- Watt University and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Makerere University. He has worked as a consultant in several capacities including Team Leader and Project
Manager on various projects in Sub-Sahara Africa over a period of twenty-two (22) years.
Innocent is associated with successful projects financed by development agencies such as GAVI, EADB, KfW, EU, DANIDA, JICA, The World Bank (WB), USAID, AfDB, BADEA, Pfizer Foundation and CDC to mention but a few. He is currently the Managing Director of Engineering PowerHouse (EPH) Ltd., an Engineering/ Management
Consulting firm operating within the service areas of Engineering, Finance and Environmental Science. He is also the Country Representative (Uganda) of the Switzerland-based International Association for Bridge and Structural Engineering (IABSE).
Engineer Cecilia Nakiranda Menya is a registered Electrical Engineer with a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and Management from the University of Dundee/Arberty, Scotland, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dar- es Salaam, Tanzania.
She currently holds the position of Commissioner Electric Power Development and Acting Director Energy Resources Directorate within the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Development. Engineer Cecilia has twenty six (26) years of experience in policy formulation, power systems planning, project planning, coordination and supervision as well as procurement.
Ms. Sylvia Muwebwa Nabatanzi is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda, who has experience in National and
International Institutions campaigning for Human Rights, seeking funding for projects at both National and International level, supervising Development and implementation of project program plans in coordination with the counter partners. She has been involved in gender mainstreaming programs, public administration, monitoring election processes, law reform research, implementation of Justice, Law and Order sector policies. Ms. Sylvia has twenty-five (25) years of experience in legal practice, research, strategic litigation and adjudication.
Mr. Julius Mukholi Wamukota is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda, holder of a Bachelor of Laws Degree from Makerere University (LLB) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. He also holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Makerere University. He is currently the Principal Legal Officer at the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development and the representative of the Ministry of Finance, Planning and Economic Development on the Board. Mr. Julius Mukholi has eighteen (18) years of experience in legal practice, legislative drafting, legal research and advisory.
